Owner - Sam Leone

With over 18 years of experience and more than $2 billion in real estate development under his leadership, Sam Leone brings a rare blend of vision, grit, and hands-on expertise to every project. As the former President of Conifer Realty, he oversaw the creation of over 6,500 housing units, including award-winning affordable and mixed-use communities. Sam started his career in construction and economic development, where he learned how to navigate regulatory hurdles, community politics, and underutilized sites. Fox Trail is the product of that journey—a firm built to help landowners and municipalities transform complex properties into valuable, lasting assets.
